In accordance with India's Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act 2023 Section 9, processing of personal data of minors requires verifiable parental consent. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you believe such data has been provided, contact us for deletion.

WhatsApp Opt-Out
If you have consented to receive WhatsApp messages from Y-Lync, you may withdraw this consent at any time by:
- Replying STOP to any WhatsApp message from Y-Lync
- Emailing privacy@ylync.in with your phone number and a request to opt out
All opt-out requests are processed within 24 hours. After opting out, no further WhatsApp messages will be sent to your number.
