By subscribing to or using our Services, you agree to this Policy.

1. Subscription Nature of Services

Y-Lync provides a subscription-based SaaS platform. Access to features is granted based on selected plans and billing cycles (monthly, quarterly, or yearly).

All subscriptions are prepaid unless otherwise agreed.

2. No Refund Policy

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all payments made to Y-Lync are non-refundable, including:

  • Subscriptions fees
  • Platform access charges
  • Setup or onboarding fees (if applicable)
  • Third-party reselling fees
  • Usage-level
  • Customer verification
  • Partial usage of services

3. Exceptions (If Applicable)

Refunds may be considered only in exceptional cases, such as:

  • Duplicate payment due to system error
  • Incorrect billing due to technical issues
  • Unauthorized transaction (subject to verification)

All refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the transaction date.

Y-Lync reserves the right to approve or reject refund requests at its sole discretion.

4. Meta / WhatsApp Billing Disclaimer

Y-Lync integrates with third-party platforms such as Meta (WhatsApp Business Platform).

  • Messaging charges are billed directly by Meta
  • Y-Lync does not control or process those charges
  • Refunds for messaging costs must be addressed with the respective provider

Y-Lync is not responsible for:

  • Message delivery failures
  • Meta's billing discrepancies
  • Policy-based restrictions from third-party platforms

5. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time by:

  • Using your account dashboard, or
  • Contacting our support team

Important Notes:

  • Cancellation will be effective at the end of the current billing cycle
  • No refund will be provided for unused periods
  • Access to paid features will continue until the subscription expires

6. Auto-Renewal

  • Subscriptions are automatically renewed unless cancelled before the renewal date
  • You will be charged via the payment method provided at checkout
  • Renewal reminders (if enabled by your subscription plan) may be sent if you do not wish to continue.

7. Service Suspension

Y-Lync reserves the right to suspend or terminate services without refund if:

  • There is a violation of Terms & Services
  • Non-compliance with WhatsApp / Meta policies
  • Fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activities

8. Processing of Approved Refunds

If a refund is approved:

  • It will be processed within 7-14 business days
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method
  • Delays may occur depending on banking or payment provider timelines.

9. Changes to This Policy

Y-Lync reserves the right to modify this Policy at any time. Updated versions will be posted on the website and will be effective immediately.
